How to Export a Deck

Open Export Menu

Click the "Export" button in the editor toolbar to see all available export options.

Select Format

Choose PDF, PPTX, or HTML based on your needs. Each format preserves design differently.

Configure Options

Set options like page range, quality, or whether to include animations. Defaults work for most cases.

Download File

Click "Export" and your file will download in seconds. Large decks may take 10-20 seconds.

How to Share a Deck

Click Share Button

Open the share modal by clicking "Share" in the editor toolbar.

Choose Sharing Method

Select "Public Link" for open access, or "Email Invite" to control who can view/edit.

Set Permissions (Optional)

Add password protection, set expiration dates, or configure access levels for team members.

Copy & Send Link

Copy the share link and send it via email, Slack, or any communication channel.

💡 Export & Sharing Best Practices

  • Use PDF for final versions that shouldn't be edited—it's the most portable
  • Export to PPTX if clients need to edit slides in PowerPoint
  • Use password protection for sensitive decks (financials, unreleased products)
  • Set link expiration for time-sensitive shares (investor decks, event presentations)
  • Test exported files before sending—some fonts or features may not export perfectly
